Rachael Flanagan founded Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services at the age of 18, starting with a mop and £20 of promotional flyers. Rachael has worked hard over 15 years to grow her business and today Mrs Buckét employs over 250 people across Wales and the South West of England. Rachael is passionate about helping others and positive collaboration, mentoring other entrepreneurs and small business owners.
